The role:
 
The Front Office Secretary is a member of the Front Office team. S/he is responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face to face and on the phone.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Have previous experience in secretarial role (experience in financial services & / or having a secretarial diploma or similar are considered an asset.)
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented manner
  • Be a team player.
