GROWTH SPECIALIST
 
The Growth Specialist is responsible for guiding the strategic success and tactical implementation of the overall sales funnel optimization and monetization initiatives. The role is intended to provide leadership in conversation rate optimization, UX practices and emerging trends within the web and software space.  
 
We are looking for someone with experience taking a hypothesis?driven, data?centric approach to improve the metric that matters most to our business: Life?time Value (LTV). You should have an understanding and hands?on experience with Multivariate testing, Website Analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc) and a systematic approach to arrive to a final user experience that drives results.
 
You will be working alongside a team of in?house e?commerce professionals, account managers, designers and developers to carry out this function.
   
Responsibilities:
·         Own the sales funnel and user journeys from ideation to execution, ranging from initial sale all the way to customer retention (LTV model)  
·         Ensure consistency of UX across all funnel in conjunction with brand guidelines.
·         Closely follow current and upcoming trends within the online industry covering both web and software products.
·         Take action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous user testing and user experience improvements.
·         Liaise with internal teams to develop test plans & test campaign requirements to be implemented by our design & technical teams.
·         Evaluate and improve on the effectiveness of tests and campaigns through data and KPI focused analysis, provided by our Business Intelligence (BI) team.
·         Continuous liaison with Acquisition, Product and BI teams to identify pain points within the sales funnel
·         Work closely with the BI team to convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized testing & optimization.
·         Develop partnerships and manage relationships with monetization vendors and CRO tool companies.
·         Liaise with the BI team for competitive research, sales trends, reporting and analysis of tests
·         Keep informed of new products, tools, trends, resources and services in online marketing
·         Comfortable in creating and improving user journeys, user testing and user personas for software products
  
Requirements:
·         A sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
·         Minimum of 2?3 years’ experience in a CRO/UX or website/product testing role. Preferably in the online software industry.
·         Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. Hotjar, Optimizely etc.)
·         Comfortable using web analytical tools (Google Analytics preferred)
·         A degree in a related field is preferred but not required (Digital Marketing, Human?Computer Interaction, Information Science, etc).
·         Experience reporting on success/failure results of optimization efforts
·         Familiarity with conducting CRO audits across platforms, devices, and channels
·         Advanced skills creating design briefs and functional/interaction specifications
·         Ability to communicate to both technical and non?technical team members and clients in a clear and concise way.
·         Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
·         Copywriting experience is a plus.
·         Experience in Product Marketing is a plus.
