Job Details:
HEALTH CLAIMS ASSESSOR
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and processing of health insurance claims
  • Effectively Communicating with the customers and medical services providers
  • Reporting to his/her senior and assisting in issuing transaction reports
  • Performing other related duties as assigned to support the work of the Health claims department.

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to who is in the process of reading for a diploma/degree in Insurance.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and/or medical background would be considered an asset;
  • The person who is professional, assertive, innovative, creative and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and  interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work on own initiative, handle various related tasks and must be IT proficient
  • Great communication skills in English and Maltese both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese would be considered an asset
