Job Details:
My client is a rapidly growing International Financial Services company with established offices in Malta. They are looking to recruit an implementation specialist to report directly into the Head of Integration.
 
Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Manage client integration projects
  • Interact with new customers to understand their needs
  • Act as the Operations representative in sales meetings
  • Consult with operational and technical personnel to clarify intent, identify issues, and suggest a course for the client integration.
  • Identify the best setup for the client integration needs
  • Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation
  • Follow up through the implementation of the proposed client integration
  • Perform revisions of existing client integrations to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.  
  • System Monitoring
  • Handling of customer incoming calls and emails and chat.
  • Raise issues with Support Manager and with 2nd line of support when needed
  • Other tasks as may be delegated by the Support Manager
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems / Information Technology and/or Business Administration
 
Skills & Knowledge:
 
  • Must have Proven 2 – 4 years’ experience in the card payments industry. Candidates from an acquiring bank or online payments institution would be preferred.
  • A fast learning, motivated strong personality is required for the job.
  • Technical minded, creative visualization, critical thinking, inductive and deductive reasoning. 
  • Capacity to work under pressure while observing high quality standards. 
  • Fluency in English language.
