An opportunity has arisen for a Local Operations Administrator to join the team in our Malta office.
 
Summary of the position
The Local Operations Administrator will deal with the day-to-day administrative duties to ensure effective and efficient office management.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping duties: Maintain an organized and structured filing system;
  • Assist other team members where appropriate;
  • Complete administrative tasks assigned by the Manager;
  • Provide assistance with various special projects as required.
Requirement:
  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment;
  • Have an A’Level in accounts or AAT qualified;
  • Be fluent in English. Additional European languages would be advantageous;
  • Be professional with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with clients, employees and management in a number of different countries; and
  • Have excellent IT skills and be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.

  • The Local Operations Administrator will report to the Head of Office based in Malta.
