Norwegian Speaking Support Representative Are you service minded? Do you have experience in support? Then this is the right job for you! Job Responsibilities: The job responsibility requires you to operate direct support inside the Norwegian market. You must be results-oriented and be able to work to a plan, meeting the targets agreed with the Business Development Manager. You will also work closely with the Marketing Associate who has responsibility for our marketing message, content and branding. Our client seeks employees who are solution-oriented, responsible, flexible and attentive to our End Users, Business Partners and Agents as well as the rest of the team. Experience in similar positions is a desire, but strong motivation can compensate for any perceived lack of experience in this. Candidate Requirements: · Demonstrable IT Skills (less qualifications can be compensated with more appropriate experience) · Experience in support of ERP systems is an advantage · Good communication skills in Norwegian and English (Other languages are a bonus) · Ability to think quickly and communicate quickly verbally and in writing · Extensive experience with MS Office software · Some experience with Microsoft Windows servers and Microsoft SQL · Some Experience in using helpdesk systems · Must demonstrate previous working experience with accounting systems or advanced knowledge of accounting procedures If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Krista Psaila on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information. |
