PRODUCT ANALYST
 
The Product Analyst will be responsible for the design and specification of a financial software product and requires experience in interacting with roles in both product management and software development teams.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Produce specifications to be used by the team implementing the solution and interact with the team regularly to fine-tune design during development
  • Prepare mock-ups and work with UX designers to design an effective user experience
  • Liaise with product team to understand the overall requirements and relevant context for the solution being designed
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that solution is in line with requirements
Requirements:
  • A Degree in software technology (Information Technology, Engineering, Business and Computing or related area)
  • Experience in a technical role such as software development
  • Experience working on payment applications considered a plus
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
