The Company

Our client offers specialised real estate services in Malta, including sourcing of luxury residences & high street commercial property for sale or to let at attractive prices. Our client created business relationships with various local and foreign partners, offering owners the possibility of selling or leasing their property through an international network. Their methods are based on: hard work, efficiency, effectiveness and honesty whilst their mission statement is: SUCCESS.

Purpose of Role 

Day to day duties include:
 
  • Inspection of residencial and commercial properties available for rent on the Maltese Islands
  • Updating and maintaining the property data base system.
  • Prospecting potential clients seeking to rent a property and clients wishing to put their property on the market.
  • Managing a personal schedule to meet & greet customers and ultimately setting up appointments for the viewing of available properties.
  • Handing all administrative paper work required when sealing a rental transaction (Contracts, payment schemes, legal registrations).
  • General customer care for current and past clients.   
 

Personal Qualities and Experience

  • Confident, charismatic, personable, ability to work under pressure using own initiative
  • Flair for sales.
  • Takes ownership, confident negotiator.
  • Good time management.
  • Able to think ahead and anticipate problems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally (English is a must – Maltese highly preferred).
  • Previous experience in real estate is highly preferred although individuals with sales potential will also be considered.


Applicant must be in possession of a clean and valid driving license. The selected candidate will be offered a competitive commission structure.
