Job Details:
Our client is one of the largest offices on the island handling all matters related to ship registration and finance and are seeking to recruit a full time Ship Registration Clerk / Secretary.
 
General responsibilities will include:
  • Provision of general secretarial support
  • Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing
  • Updating of spreadsheets
  • Issuing Invoices and chasing debtors
  • Endorsements application 
 
Applicants are required to have:
  • An A level standard of education
  • Be organised and meticulous in their work
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
  • A basic understanding of accounting
