Job Details:
Joining a reputable gaming company serving customers globally, this Social Media and Content Executive role involves creating, implementing and maintaining content across all channels; and being responsible for the development and management of our social media activities, in order to fully engage customers with our casino and poker brands. Ideal candidates would come from competitive, high pressure results oriented environment having served an end user consumer market (eg retail, travel services, consumer media / publishing / broadcasting, retail finance, entertainment, poker, casino, gaming etc) or from an agency.

Key Duties:
  • Create and implement SEO friendly and interesting editorial and promotional content for our relevant channels (website, blogs, portals, social media and other destinations as required)
  • Liaise with the CRM and Acquisition teams, taking responsibility for maintaining and delivering a content schedule to support all marketing efforts
  • Assist in running our online casino and poker marketing campaigns
  • Adaption of marketing materials and campaigns for the Danish market
  • Responsible for the design, implementation and day-day management of a new social media strategy to improve brand awareness, increase reach, visitors and conversions to our online casino and poker sites
  • Monitor the content on social media channels and act as “first contact” for brand or service matters. Work to fully engage customers with the casino and poker brands through social media
  • Measure the impact of our social media activities through transactional and ROI measures
  • Involve key departments across the company to incorporate relevant social marketing techniques into the brand and leverage support where necessary
  • Keep current with the latest trends, tools and applications in social marketing. Apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media across the business
  • Monitor our brand reputation and keep up to date with competitor’s offers and practices in the social media environment
  • Ensure all content is produced to the highest professional standards and meets all compliance standards and requirements
  • Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent with the Brand guidelines
Skills:
  • Ideally at least 2 years social media/content editing experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced use of Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Good understanding of on-page SEO including Titles, Meta Description Tags, healthy keyword percentage, proper content integration and a general understanding of viral marketing as it applies to SEO
  • Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverables
  • Usage of social network and additional systems i.e. html, CMS, CRM tools advantageous
  • Picture editing skills required for manipulating and publishing imagery a plus
  • Cultural awareness to manage campaigns and operate in international markets
  • Ability to keep up with technologies and market trends
Essential:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Danish Native is highly desireable
  • Degree Qualified ideally in a realted discipline
  • Superior copywriting skills
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Active and passionate user of main social media channels
  • Previous experience and knowledge of best practice social marketing techniques as well as evidence of responsibility for social marketing planning and execution
  • Experience in the online gaming industry - advantageous
