Job Details:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the company's IT network, servers (physical and virtual) and security systems and overall infrastructure and ensure that all systems are kept in good health. Investigate and diagnose infrastructure problems, collect IT usage statistics, make recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carry out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. S/he will ensure that the internal or customer support incidents are logged and resolved with the right level of quality, according to the organisation standards within the defined timescales. Requirements: · Ability to define troubleshooting procedures and processes to quickly determine the cause of any issue. · Must be detailed-oriented and have strong organizational skills. · Must comprehend and perform job duties without a lot of direction and work independently. · Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. · Must have a strong technical background in IT. · Experience with Windows 2008/2008 R2 and Windows 2012. · Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and SCOM. · Experience with managing virtual environments on premise or Cloud. · Experience in windows security patching and security hardening. · Applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT Administrator role or similar will be given preference.
