Our client offers, Vacation Ownership opportunities that allow dream vacations to become a reality. They are now seeking to recruit German speakers to join its successful telemarketing department. This is a unique opportunity to become part of one of the world's most successful sales and marketing operations within the industry. Reporting to: Telemarketing Supervisors Purpose of the role: The role of the telemarketing department is to book promotional holidays at two of the most renowned hotels on the island on a preview basis. This includes: Calling customers who have shown an interest in promotional holidays offered by the company, and completing a qualification survey. Once the qualification procedure has been completed, the selected applicant will be responsible for selling promotional holidays to the resort on the understanding that guests will attend a presentation on the benefits of Vacation Ownership. He/she will be responsible for the organisation of reservations and processing fees in an accurate and efficient manner. This includes following up flights, arranging airport transfers and car hire if required. This role will also include carrying out administration procedures i.e. filing and recording bookings and flights.
