Temporary Dutch Contact Centre Officer ? Definite Contract Job ID: 1215

Job Details:
The Dutch speaking Contact Centre Officer will be employed on a temporary basis to provide all necessary support throughout the migration of the Bank’s new online banking and trading platforms. The employee’s employment under this contract shall be of a full time-definite duration for a period of 6 months which may be extended further if required.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
·         Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails that relate to executing client instructions, answering inquiries, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information
·         Updating customer information, checking customer details and accounts through the Bank’s systems
·         Maintaining the Bank’s client database
·         Filing and managing documentation and executing checks related to account opening
 
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
 
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Flemish and English
·         Attention to detail
·         Business oriented and customer centric attitude
·         Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
·         Flexibility with regard to tasks and working hours
·         Experience in a customer facing role and/or in the financial services industry will be considered an asset
