HR MANAGER
 
The selected candidate will be a key player within the organisation. He/she will be entrusted with developing the HR strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.
 
Responsibilities will include:
·         Improving internal processes;
·         Create a more efficient department;
·         Constantly strive to ensure the department services the employees;
·         Ensuring relevant HR processes and procedures are in place;
·         Developing HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws;
·         Developing recruitment and selection processes;
·         Monitoring performance management systems;
·         Implementing learning and professional development for staff members;
·         Implementing non-discriminatory equal opportunities; and
·         Monitoring health and safety policies and processes.
 
Ideal candidate will have:
·         A number of years' experience in a managerial HR position;
·         Proven management skills;
·         Excellent communication skills;
·         Experience in giving training;
·         Experience in conducting interviews; and
·         Proven track record of achievements/processes which have been implemented during his/her time in a HR role.
 
The successful candidate will benefit from working with a well-established organisation whilst working in a dynamic environment.
