PRODUCT MANAGER
The product management group leads product planning, execution and delivery of solutions needed by our customers to monitor, manage and secure their IT infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced product manager to join our team.
As a member of the team you will own the product roadmap, definition of requirements, delivery timelines, business results and business commutations needed which in turn enable the company’s future success.
Product Managers are responsible for the:

Full life-cycle of the software product experience
-
Ownership of short term and long term visions for the product(s) assigned.

Creation and maintenance of the product roadmaps, well defined prioritized work backlog and product specifications.

Planning, building and continuous enhancement of the assigned product(s) based on sound business development strategy.
-
Support the user experience and software design teams to ensure the product delivers to customer experience levels expected.
-
Active participation and up-keep of agile development and testing methodologies used.
-
Providing timely information and instructions to stakeholders needing to build, review, test, support and promote features in development.
-
Co-ordination of timely delivery of key features, components and deliverables needed from the various teams which contribute to measurable growth towards objectives.

Centralization, aggregation and analysis of feedback received from customers, partners and internal teams.

Meeting and exceeding product standards and user experiences in deliverables.

Creation and maintenance of strategic partnerships with technology suppliers.
-
Buildup of communications and excitement around product deliverables and releases.

Periodic creation and maintenance of market analysis, and state of business reviews.
Product Managers work in a busy, fast-paced international setting. As a result this position requires:

Excellent written and spoken English language communication skills.

flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational conditions.

flexible work schedules including the occasional evenings and/or weekends.

willingness and ability to travel frequently. Such travel may provide little or no advance warning. This may also rarely occur over weekends and/or holidays.
Previous hands-on experience in a similar role, building and delivering complex scalable client-facing software products will be considered an asset.

Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience as IT professional in technical roles.

Strong understanding of Microsoft and other leading/emerging technologies, as well as cloud environments in use in the field today including but not limited to Box, DropBox, Google Apps, Office 365 etc.

Ability to analyze and run data analysis on excel data sets and pivots.
-
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
-
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and investigate technical and business situations as to work with various groups to solve problems and mitigate challenges.

Strong interest and ability to engage both small and large technical audiences through public presentations/speaking.

Project management skills.
