Job Details:
The role
The accounts officer is a member of the Operations team and will be responsible for various accounting related roles including:
 
• Bank Reconciliations
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledger and other records.
• Invoicing
• Other general accounting and administrative duties related to the smooth running of the operations team.
 
You should:
 
• Have previous experience in an accounts role.
•  Hold an A level in accounting as a minimum. Candidates with further qualifications will be preferred.
• Be proficient in the latest Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel.
•  Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Present a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Be detail oriented, have the ability to meet tight deadlines and be a team player.
