ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
 
 
Remotely reporting to the Operations Manager, the Upload Officer is responsible to collect and upload the documents into the company's dedicated Electronic Document Management system.
 
RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Reception of all documents to upload from different group offices.
  • Check upload request and documents content
  • Check company's information systems to upload documents properly
  • Apply appropriate process depending on documents nature
  • Liaise with the Luxembourg quality control team when required
  • Communicate directly with staff from different group offices when required
  • Produce daily report

YOUR PROFILE:
  • You are a recent graduate, or you have a maximum of two years’ experience in the financial sector or in the handling of documents.
  • You have a good understanding of English. Knowledge of French or German will be seen as an asset.
  • You are both rigorous and flexible.
  • You focus on quality first but you can deliver quickly as well.
  • You communicate very well.
  • You are able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of electronic content management or accounting will represent an additional advantage
