ADP Business Application Consultant
 
 
Our client is looking for an ADP Business Application Consultant who will form part of their team of business application consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, training, quality testing and supporting the ADP auto line DMS system.
 
A strong appreciation of the automotive industry will be considered an asset.
 
Duties:
 
Product Support
 
  • Support daily operational system issues, clearly documenting issues reported
  • User Training
  • Analyse & Categorize issues (process, bugs, enhancement, consulting, training )
  • Channel issues to appropriate party
  • Familiarization with Manufacturer interfaces and processes
  • Development of reports and format stationery
  • Installation and Implementation of application software 
  • Escalate unresolved issues
  • Escalate the unresolved issues to Technical Team
  • Communicate status of issue resolution
  • Close issues
  • Inform user about new release, upgrade etc.
  • Ownership of Issue is with the First Level Support
  • Provide periodic status report and metrics report
  • Ensure that deadlines are met
  • Adherence to company code of conduct
 
 
Change Requests & Enhancements
  • Prepare requirement specification for new development
  • Obtain local business process owner approvals
  • Perform functional & integration testing
  • Co-ordinate user acceptance testing
  • Conduct  training
