Assignment Manager One of our major clients is currently looking for Assignment Manager to join their growing team. The Assignment Manager takes full responsibility for the operations and ensures that the agreed services are delivered in accordance to expectations. We expect the Assignment Manager Large to be a stable manager with experience and skill to develop both the operations and the staff. Description and purpose of the role: · Single point of contact between client and the company in terms of contract, financial and HR matters · Carries the overall final responsibility for the entire program provided by the company and manages the client relationship at its highest level · Oversees the operations contact · Updates client on ongoing basis of service volumes and emerging issue · Provides reports as specified and agreed on an ad hoc basis · Ensure that the agents meet client hiring and training requirements Responsibilities: · Prepare invoices · Submit statistical / performance / progress reports to direct line managers and the client as required · Assume overall responsibility for meeting assignment-specific KPIs in regards to productivity, quality, response time and utilization · Regularly evaluate the operational development of the assignments through analysis of the statistical data · Support specialists in developing assignments in daily, weekly and monthly dialogue with client · Delegate development issues to assignments specialists · Hold continuous assignment meetings (info, development, input from client etc.) · Monitor and give feedback to team leaders, and ensure that they monitor and give feedback to rest of team · Create possibility for team members to learn and take on more responsibility · Identifies improvement possibilities, together with client and team · Provide interactive trainings in individual and group settings The role: · Deliver results and meet customer expectations Sets high standards for quality and quantity and follow up on them. Works systematic towards results. Focus on client need and satisfaction. · Lead and supervise Set not only goals for the team but also motivates them to achieve them. Gives the team support and possibilities to develop within the assignment. Follows up on the goals set. · Present and communicate information Communicates often and clearly. Good at listening and understanding, and at making sure that the receiver understand the message. · Analytical Probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem. Makes rational judgments from the available information and analysis. Produces workable solutions to a range of problems .Demonstrates an understanding of how one issue may be a part of a much larger system Manage requirements and setbacks · Resilient emotions – can control her/himself in tough situations and work productively in a stressful work environment Other requirements: · Native in German, and excellent English skills · Open to and understands different cultures · Understanding of and interested in internet and the online industry · At least diploma level in management or a similar field · Experience of working in BPO industry and/or customer service · Proven team management skills · Flexible, able to lend a hand and ask for help when needed · Computer skills, MS Office · Gives feedback, wants to help improve If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Frederika on [email protected] |
