Reporting to: Team Leader
 
Summary of Role:
To administer a portfolio of pension clients, with focus on effective service, quality, productivity and efficiency.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
· Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface.
· Execution of client transactions
· Dealing with ad hoc requests
· Maintain client data within a primary management information system
· Preparation of correspondence with clients and their advisors
· Ensuring that statutory record are accurate and full audit trail maintained
·  Liaise with intermediary, client and transferring trustees/investment managers whilst transfer proceeding.
· Provide regular valuations to clients
· Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions
· Preparation of minutes, and ancillary document
· Production and submission of government returns MFSA/HMRC reporting requirements
 
Core Competencies:
· Numerate Literate
· Computer literate
· Ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels
 
Knowledge and Skills:
· Educated to A standard of education
· Proficient in English and Mathematics
· Ideally familiar with QROPS
· Ability to identify risks associated with client transactions
· Familiar with the main Microsoft Office software Experience of office environment
· Attentive to detail
· Ability to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines for self and potential reportees
