In accordance with our continuous effort to deliver the highest levels of customer service, we are currently offering the following opportunity: The roleOur client is seeking an assistant Compliance Officer to assist with the management of the compliance operation including activities in Investment Services and Investment Management. The chosen candidate will also act an assistant to the MLRO. The selected individual will be responsible for:· Ensuring that the company is compliant at all times with applicable investment laws and regulations · Liasing with MFSA where necessary. · Participation in the development and implementation of new company policies and procedures from a compliance perspective. · Actively participating as compliance officer on funds.
