ASSISTANT QA MANAGER
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
·         Leading Quality Assurance Staff, ensuring that they are well motivated and receive the necessary training and development to enable them to carry out their roles.
·         Monitoring of all Quality Assurance testing, good manufacturing practices and ensuring that process are according to specification and work practices and according to SOP’s.
·         Working on the development of new products and processes as well as quality improvement projects.
·         Ensuring that the company’s product and water sampling programs are implemented, updated and documented at all times in line  with legal requirements.
·         Ensuring that the company’s incoming inspection and migration testing programs are implemented, updated and documented at all times in line with the company requirements.
·         Establishing operational procedures and ensuring that all equipment is kept up to standard.
·         Statistical analysis of data and compilation of data reports.
 
Applicants are expected to possess:
 
·         B.Sc in Chemistry and Biology.
·         Good analytical and problem solving skills.
·         A good eye for detail and effective organisational abilities.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·         Good Computer Literacy.
