Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible to develop, implement and measure marketing programs for assigned Brands Main Responsibilities include: • The development and execution of marketing strategies for specific brands designed to secure maximum market potential and client satisfaction. • To maintain and build relationships with Customers and key stakeholders, whilst performing necessary presentations for new/current products under assigned Brands. • To assist the Head of Marketing in planning and implementing market research activities as may be required from time to time. • Monitoring, analysing, and recommending actions to ensure delivery of key business metrics, including: monthly volume achievement versus plan and forecast, new product launches, distribution gains, and relevant merchandising activities. • Develop and ensure delivery of the Brand Plans whilst working with Head of Marketing to develop a multi-channel communications strategy to support the brand objectives • To perform promotion post analysis highlighting achievements and key learning points to ensure effective market penetration. The successful candidate will be an accomplished Business Development professional with a proven track record of success in identifying new opportunities. S/he should be able to understand various types of business propositions and how businesses in the FMCG operate in general. Strong managerial and communication skills with ability to develop relationships, interact cross-functionally and influence others is essential. The candidate should hold a business related degree, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
