Client Service Personnel - Outbound Payment Processor Job ID: 209

Job Details:
To support the Polish operations, initially we will need 1 outbound payment processor
 
Location: Malta, Sliema      
                
Responsibilities:
You will be interacting with multiple countries and a range of different personnel in the course of the provision of services to the Bank's customers, including:
·        Handling outgoing payments for multiple countries, while strictly adhering to the Bank´s policies and procedures;
·         Double-checking the correct entry of related data inputs;
·        Operating internal lending system software and the management of relevant banking websites for the processing of payments;
·        Noting and reporting any discrepancies identified in records of payment and related data sub-sets;
·        Assisting the Bank's Operations team in various matters that are ancillary to the above;
·         Guiding local support offices on customer payment issues;
·         Invoicing.
 
Expected skills and work experience:
·        General Upper Secondary education and vocational training preferred;
·        Basic computer skills (Outlook, MS Office) are essential, in addition to the ability to quickly familiarise oneself with new IT systems and software;
·        Strong communication skills;
·        Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written), as well as knowledge of Polish;
·        Knowledge of financial services and previous experience in a payments related or other financial area would be favourably considered.
 
The hours of operation are 8:00 am – 8:00 pm; in practice, this means flexibility to do shift work and some weekend work on Saturdays may be required.
