Job Details:
Reporting directly to the Cold Drinks Supervisor, this position within the Services division plays an instrumental role in the upkeep of a high customer service level. Main Responsibilities include: • Installing, repairing and commissioning vending machines, coolers and other cold drinks equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance on coffee machines and cold drinks equipment either at Company workshop or at the client’s outlet. • Deliver and collect equipment according to the assigned schedule. • Ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service are maintained at all times. The successful candidate should possess a Diploma in Air conditioning, Refrigeration or equivalent, with previous experience in a similar role. S/he must possess a clean driving license, be highly organized, capable of working under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively in Maltese and English.
