COMMUNITY & CONTENT MANAGER MALTA Reports to: Web Manager Position Summary: Candidate should be looking to build a career in digital marketing, have passion for social media, editorial and content marketing. Take responsibility and make a difference quickly. Our client is looking for a hungry, passionate Content & Community Manager to join their growing team in Malta. The candidate will be at the core of the expansive social offering, representing leading International financial brands, developing content and engaging with consumers to further brand strategy and communication goals. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: · Represent two or three of our portfolio logos in social space – develop their content calendars and manage their communities. · Plan & develop high volumes of amazing, organic copy and content to post on social platforms to drive, reach and engagement. · Engage and communicate in authentic, genuine way with your brand’s community and the wider consumer audience. · Lead creation, conception and presentation of social media content for daily presence and integrated marketing campaigns. · Provide a constant pulse of insight and ideas around new opportunities in social and emerging technologies. · Lead in depth consumer, brand, and competitive research projects and reports to identify new strategies, campaigns and opportunities. Primary Requirements: · Related degree and 1 – 3 years of experience – preferably in marketing, business or communication. · Prior workplace experience in digital agency, online publishing, or marketing related industry. · Provide a link to your personal social media presence / portfolio. Key Qualifications: · Active user and participant on multiple social media platforms · Understanding and passion for the social web, emerging technologies, and digital communication · Great written communication skills and an obsessive pursuit of grammatical perfection · Good Photoshop skills and a good eye for visuals and creative quality · Love for storytelling through words, pictures, numbers, PowerPoint, Photoshop props etc · Strong experience with content creation and management online; e.g. Content calendars, communication · strategies, blog posting, community engagement · Strategic, critical thinker with great ideas of how brands can further market objectives through social media · Enjoy getting your hands dirty with writing, research, monitoring & assessment, brainstorming · Opinionated and relentlessly critical of brands' social media presence · If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Krista Psaila on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information.
