Working within the subsidiary Marketing company the Content Management Executive will create and implement effective content for various marketing channels (webpages, emails, blogs, white papers, proposals, presentations, product brochures etc) in alignment with our marketing and positioning strategy. Besides serving as the main PR contact, the person will create and review content to ensure clarity and completeness, as well as proper style, tone and voice, and ensure that content is optimized for each channel and conforms to online best practices. He/she must possess excellent communication skills, superb attention to detail and an unrelenting eye toward pristine use of grammar. The Content Management Executive must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, working also closely with the technical team. Responsibilities: · Assist in the development of the strategy for the function and responsible for its implementation · Responsible for the planning, creating and placing of compelling, original content across external and internal touch points, including traditional media, blogs, websites, social media channels, product brochures etc. · Grow brand awareness by creating, managing and maintaining social media blogs like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube and other evolving social media channels as applicable to each respective company subsidiary · Researches and identifies possible areas or people within social media to further assist in the development of company and brand awareness · Transform abstract concepts and unstructured pieces of information into clear and concise communications · Develop new relationships in both the social and public relations areas and maintain current relationships with third parties · Serve as the PR contact point for the Group and its subsidiaries · Develop high-quality content for digital channels · Drive, engage and manage the ideas that bring new content to life and “selling it” to new audiences · Manage content updates on all subsidiaries’ websites and online channels · Develop content plan and calendar of publications · Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for clients · Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media · Promoting news stories and features to the media, whilst collating, analysing and evaluating media coverage Requirements: · Business acumen and ability to quickly understand an audience, their business problems, etc · Proficient in Microsoft Word · Experience with social media and public relations · Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining and meeting deadlines in a rapidly-changing environment · Aptitude for transforming unstructured information into clear, concise messaging · Strong work ethics · Ability to work independently · Ability to collaborate with other teams and departments · Strong command of the English language Desired Characteristics: · Experience in the tech or software industry · Experience across multiple industries · Experience in the use of CMS · Competency in driving, engaging and managing the ideas that brings new content to life and “selling it” to new audiences · Content strategy or content management expertise Education & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications or a business related field and/or strong work experience in related areas is also a plus · Experience in the Telecoms industry together with a technical background, will be considered as an asset · Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Krista Psaila on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information.
