Job Details:
Our client, a multinational online Marketing company operating in more than 30 countries, is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate to fill the Position of a CRM Manager.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·         Excellent E-mail marketing experience
·         Create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns
·         Work with management & existing consulting & development teams to create a strong pipeline of new customer contacts based on thorough market research
·         Create marketing concepts, practices and procedures including customer retention programs that enhance the customer experience and prolong the customer lifecycle
·         Relies on judgment to plan, set and accomplish goals
·         Performs a variety of assigned tasks as the position evolves
·         Prepare regular progress reports
 
Requirements:
 
·         High Energetic Self Starter and able to manage their time efficiently
·         2 years in the field of marketing and sales preferred
·         Excellent English language skills (written and verbal), another language would be an advantage, but not compulsory
·         Creative and able to convey this creativity to a team
·         Problem solver, able to Coordinate, implement and manage the development of marketing creative and concepts
·         Able to implement and follow-through with their innovative ideas and set them into action in a sales environment
·         Technically minded and understands the basics of website design, HTML & affiliate Marketing
·         Comfortable in a sales environment
