Responsibilities:
  • The company is a new venture within the Food subsidiary of the group. It will be offering professional cleaning chemicals on a B2B basis to various industries foremost of which is the catering industry (restaurants, hotels etc). The manager will be fully responsible for the venture and accordingly will drive growth, margins, commercial agreements, technical support, volume sales, cost effectiveness and bottom line performance.
Requirements:
  • Preferably tertiary level of education in business management with a background of biology or chemistry. As the product is a cleaning agent, the candidate has to be able to grasp the fundamentals of the science behind the product and its use and effectiveness.
  • Depending on the experience, the candidate must have a minimum O’ level passes in Chemistry and Biology.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B dynamics
  • Business acumen coupled with a flair for meeting people and establishing networks and one-to-one relationships.
  • Candidate must be outgoing, smart and committed to win market share.
  • Must be prepared to work long hours and ready to perform on the spot demonstrations to users in the industries.
  • A true all round manager that stops at nothing in achieving his performance targets.
