RENEWALS REPRESENTATIVE (DUTCH SPEAKING) this full-time role will be integral to the sales renewal process of the organization. You will be responsible for making targeted calls each day, maintaining and tracking renewal leads activity. To excel in this exciting team you will need to have: · strong communication skills. · be highly motivated. · have a professional customer focus. · a proven ability to work in a team environment. The main core aspects of the role would be: · Contacting end-users by phone and email with regards to renewal opportunities · Dealing with Distributors and resellers for the Benelux region · Co-ordinating campaigns · Issuing quotes · Assisting customers with any queries they might have. Among other duties, this post involves dealing with Dutch-speaking customers via email and over the phone. To qualify, you must therefore be fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English. Your enthusiasm and drive are more important to us than previous experience although candidates with customer service or call centre experience will be highly regarded.
