FLEMISH TEAM MANAGER
 
Our client is now looking for an ambitious and dynamic Flemish & French speaking Team Manager to contribute to the company's success in Malta
 
Responsibilities:
  • Set clear expectations on results and behaviors for the team
  • Monitor the team behavior by actively walking the floor and interacting with the team
  • Monitor the team behavior by performing contextual inquiries as needed
  • Monitor the team performance via continuous statistical analysis
  • Give actionable and timely feedback on performance and behaviors
  • Conduct one-to-one monthly follow-up setting targets and feedbacks on behaviors expected for the following month
  • Read and analyze error reports done by the Quality Assurance team
  • Collaborate with the QA-manager for knowledge management (rule update, filter update)
  • Collaborate with tactical planning for forecasting, staffing, scheduling and efficiency
  • Capture suggestions for improving tools, and share with relevant functions
  •  
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree level of education
  • At least 3 + years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within BPO companies
  • Fluent Flemish/French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Leadership skills, able to engage employees
  • Collaboration
  • Accustomed to working with contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Operational effectiveness
  • Industry knowledge is a plus
