FRENCH SPEAKING ASSIGNMENT MANAGER
MALTA
 
The main responsibilities shall include:
 
  • Main point of contact with client, constant communication and collaboration
  • Overview of day to day operations of assignment
  • Carry out invoicing and client reports
  • Review stats on a daily basis
  • Strives to always improve quality and efficiency of the department
  • Report on a regular basis to Operations Manager, keeping them up to date and informed about challenges within assignment
 
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
 
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading a big team/ managing people
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have previous experience in customer care
