Responsibilities:
  • Preparing grilled foods with superior quality
  • Preparing fish / garnish etc dishes
  • Strong knowledge of different meats and cuts
  • Maintain control of the grill station
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Responsible for meat quality control / storage and stock
 
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Professional Degree
  • Line cook with experience in Josper grill
  • Strong skillset in cooking different meat cuts cooking.
  • Familiar and confident in deliver high volume covers.
  • Experience in steakhouses.
  • Ideally both Portuguese and English fluent
