Responsibilities:
  • Own growth strategy, execution and operational management of the Affiliate program
  • Manage top-tier key partners and optimize campaign performance by negotiating improved presence on partner sites
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize strategic affiliate partnerships to drive new traffic and business
  • Implement bonus incentives and initiatives to optimize affiliate activity, create new opportunities, and increase ROI
  • Evaluate campaign performance and partner with affiliates to maximize new customer acquisition opportunities
  • Develop overall communications and strategy to recruit new partners and grow contribution of existing partners.
  • Develop and manage an annual affiliate budget, track spend, process and manage vendor invoices and accruals
  • Work closely with Legal and monitor existing partner compliance with program terms and conditions and identify any fraudulent activity
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including: PR, Social, Community, Site Marketing and Merchandising to plan and help successfully market the site to partners
  • Prioritize recruitment and execution strategy based on revenue potential
  • Stay abreast on affiliate and digital marketing trends
 
Requirements:
  • Familiar with Affiliates platforms for eCommerce including but not limited to Offerit, Salesforce /SaaS experience a huge benefit
  • 5+ years of experience managing an Affiliate Program with a knack for maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong negotiation skills required and familiar with CPA, CPL, CPC and CPM models
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, including being self-starting and comfortable with autonomy and the drive to run the Affiliate business as “your on business”
  • Strong time management and territory development skills (multi-task ability)
  • Experience using hunting skills to surpass required quotas and achieve high levels of total compensation
  • An aggressive results-oriented sales person with the evidence of a successful track record exceeding sales quotas
  • Natural charismatic networking talent ("work the room")
  • Experience making consulting-oriented presentations to executive-level audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and managing long-term client relationships
  • Energy, passion and the polish of a sales professional
  • Computer skills including CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Has an ear to the ground about new emerging trends and the everevolving competitive landscape
  • No stranger to using tracking and reporting tools for keyword and link research, content development, and key metric monitoring
  • Data-driven mindset; Demonstrated prowess in analyzing and interpreting complex data including using advanced Excel
  • Top-notch project management and people-oriented collaboration skills
