HEAD OF MARKETING Reporting to the General Manager, the head of marketing will be a results-driven individual with experience leading an international marketing team and ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the marketing plan and the company’s overall goals. A team player with excellent management skills, the head of marketing will be required to take all marketing activities to a new level, working closely with team leads within marketing, design, PR and Social. He or she will be responsible for all demand generation, KPI measurement/metrics, marketing communications, and public relations to support the company’s growth. Position responsibilities: · In collaboration with executive management, develop and direct comprehensive marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention and upselling. · Direct the development and execution of global marketing communications initiatives including product launches, sales collateral, tradeshows, campaigns, internal communication and corporate events. · Set, measure, manage, report and analyze KPIs that allow the company to execute data-informed marketing strategies and plans that meet and exceed expectations. · Build and recommend programs across a variety of marketing tactics for Demand Generation, measurement and maximizing budget. · Drive marketing communications and branding strategies defining objectives and creating results. · Develop and manage the production of internal and external online content and marketing collateral to support marketing objectives. · Increase brand awareness in the marketplace, including the social media presence. · Oversee along with team leads all paid marketing (SEM, display & remarketing, paid social) as well as all Inbound marketing (content, SEO, social media, email, events, and PR). · Oversee with team lead all Web design, marketing automation, and analytics. · Partner acquisition, retention and satisfaction. · Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs. · Act as a strategic communications leader to develop the overall communications plan aligned with the business vision, mission and key priorities. · Ensure articulation of the company’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the company, and to all customers and partners, both internal and external. · Provide guidance on key external activities for leadership team and support content development for executives, including speaking engagements for key executives. · Supporting leadership team and sales with creative ways to tell our overarching story to the market and prospective customers. Required qualifications: · BS/BA in Marketing or related field. MBA would be an asset. · Minimum 8 (eight) years marketing experience at a small to mid-size professional services organisation. · Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing and communications activities. · Hands-on approach to program leadership and management. · Experience managing, training, appraising and developing teams. · Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisgational and personal sales skills.
