Job Details:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the sales and commercial services teams within the Sales & Marketing Department.
 
Main Responsibilities include:
 
·         Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the organization.
·         Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
·         To evaluate and authorize all sales initiatives, ensuring they are in line with company standards, policies and procedures and budgets.
·         To implement and control budgets through adequate monitoring mechanisms.
·         To ensure the efficient management of company contracts and take key decisions for the correct implementation of policies and systems.
·         To efficiently and effectively manage the company sales team towards the achievement of the company's targets.
 
The successful candidate will be a suitably experience Sales Leader with a proven track record of sales growth, business development and key account relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will be result-driven with the capability of building a high-performing team and be able to take critical decisions within a fact paced environment. Experience in managing and leading a sizable sales team will be considered an asset. The candidate should hold a degree in a related subject with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
