HR BUSINESS PARTNER GERMAN SPEAKING
 
Our client is now looking to employ a dynamic and positive HR Business Partner German Speaking to strengthen further its growing operations within Malta office.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment process.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
  • Analyses trends and metrics in collaboration with other HR team members to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Responsible to follow up termination process for employees who resign.
  • Carries out Exit Interviews and compile reports with respective feedback.
  • Provides support & coaching to other junior HR staff when needed.
  • Responsible to manage and follow up specific projects within the HR Department.
  • Maintains employee information and HR data.
  • Assists with HR projects as needed.
  • Being an active Team Player.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources
  • University degree or similar
  • Native or Fluent in German
  • Fluent in English
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Project management
  • Multi tasking and able to prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadline
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Leadership skills
