Human Resources Executive Our client, forms part of a large group of companies and is one of the main producers and distributors of world renowned brands. Main Responsibilities and Duties: · To understand the staffing levels required within all sections of the Company and ensure that these needs are meet. · To coordinate the recruitment process involving the drafting of the advert, acknowledgements of applications, screening and following up of applications, contacting applicants for their interviews and preparing the required documentation. · To perform interviews of applicants and conduct assessment tests as required giving recommendations on employee selection. · To maintain the Company’s recruitment database with all applicants details. · To monitor probation/contract periods of employees and obtain feedback from their respective Managers prior to expiration of the probation/contract. · To ensure all the necessary documentation for new employees including contracts and/or letter of appointments, ETC engagement forms are prepared. In cases of termination, issuing ETC termination forms and informing the Finance Unit for salary calculation purposes. · To inform the Finance Unit regarding updates to staff salaries, allowances and promotions. · To administer the Company’s Performance Management Programme which includes ensuring that all employees have an approved and updated job description and training plan in place, and that interim and final appraisals are carried out. · To implement policies and procedures to provide an effective relations service and to encourage harmonious industrial relations within the Company. · Setting and chairing meetings with employee representatives and Management. · To supports the HR Manager during Collective Agreements negotiations, developing reports and carrying out research related to various aspects pertaining to the agreement. · To carry out necessary research to provide information to support negotiations on pay and conditions for office and industrial workers. · To assist the Human Resources Manager in the preparation of the annual Human Resources Business Plan. · To participate in the development of the Company’s Training and Development policies, plans and budgets helping in identifying needs, costs and providers. · To provide first line of support to Managers and Supervisors regarding the interpretation of the Collective Agreement, employment-related legislation and regulations and other HR related matters. · To contribute to the administration of the Human Resources Unit. · To assist the HR Manager on ad-hoc projects as required.
