ICT TEAM COORDINATOR
 
 
Overview of the Role:
 The ICT Team Coordinator will be reporting to the ICT Manager and will be overall responsible to coordinate all ICT related work within Malta office, including the IT infrastructure, incident management and ICT improvement projects. He/she will also manage the coordinating the local ICT staff to effectively support and improve the internal clients, enabling them to deliver the company’s top quality product to the marketplace.
 
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
·         In excess of 8 years real ICT experience, in a similar technical, hands-on role
·         Hold experience in the following areas:
1.       Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
2.       Strong Active Directory Skills/Group Policy/DFS replication etc
3.       Strong networking & TCP/IP knowledge
  • Have technical project design/leadership experience
  • Is eager to learn, pick up new technologies easily and can become proficient in a short time
  • Have previous experience working in a fast-paced systems integrator or professional services organization
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ideally in possession of some of the below certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, MCTS and/or CCNA
