IT OPERATIONS SYSTEM ENGINEER (SENIOR)
 
   
Job Description:
·         Ensuring a positive client experience while providing technical and functional support.
·         Taking ownership of difficult issues and client complaints ensuring prompt resolution.
·         Contribute to improve IT image toward clients and users
·         Monitor systems/network/backup services
·         Perform troubleshooting analysis on servers, workstations, network and associated systems
·         Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks / systems
·         Documents systems/network problems and resolution for future reference
·         Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation
·         Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs
 
Your Profile:
·         Result-oriented individual dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction as well as meeting or surpassing company expectations
·         Strong communication and leadership skills to drive a “client first always” attitude
·         ITIL qualification is desirable.
·         Specialized in new technology and business processes.
·         Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines.
·         Technical ability and strong analytical skills to ‘think outside the box’
·         Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English

·         System: Microsoft Active Directory / SQL Server / Sharepoint 2007-2010
·         Network: Cisco Systems/Hardware, Barracuda equipment
·         Telephony: Cisco
·         Mail: MS Exchange 2010 / IBM Lotus Notes
·         Packaging-Deployment: Novell ZEN / Microsoft SCCM
·         Storage : SAN EMC
·         Virtual : Citrix / VMware
·         Hardware : Dell
·         Backup : Commvault Simpana
