IT SECURITY ENGINEER
 
Our client is seeking to recruit an IT Security Engineer to join a team of Engineers. The person will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and in some cases designing corporate networks with a particular focus on internet security systems, for various customers.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in configuration and troubleshooting VPN technologies, IPS systems, content security, security information and event management systems.
  • Degree in Engineering or IT-related field
  • Good knowledge of the Internet and IP and an understanding of SMTP, DNS, SNMP, DHCP and routing technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
 
Preference will be given to candidates who have certifications in IT security related fields, CCNA Security, Check Point, Juniper JNCIS-SEC or higher.
