Job Details:
Responsibilities: · Draft and review agreement for various purposes ranging from company mergers, purchases, new business ventures etc. · Research legislations and provide contractual advice on employment matters · Assist in licensing procedures as well as ensuring all promotional material distributed is compliant with the relevant licensing laws and regulations · Handle and manage ad-hoc projects as and when requested by management Attributes: · University of Malta Doctor of Laws Degree (LLD) · Fully conversant with MiFID, AIFMD, CRD, EMIR and other regulatory Directives and guidelines · Career oriented and able to work under pressure · Team player, focused and having a flexible approach · Strong English communication skills; both written and verbal are a must · The ability to communicate effectively on technical matters and with technical staff If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Donna Bonello on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information. |
