Legal Administrator
 
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their legal admin. This position will provide candidates with exposure to a fast-paced, multi disciplinary environment. 
 
The Position:
Responsibilities include:
  • Keeping calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointments
  • Coordinating logistics and materials for internal and external meetings, including conferences, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Handling communication queries, phone calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
  • Updating contact database and filing
 
Required Attributes:
  • Any relevant post secondary education will be considered an asset 
  • At least 2 years of experience working in legal administration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work streams simultaneously and to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances
  • Must have good judgment and exercise the utmost discretion with confidential and sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of information
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication in English, Italian proficiency will be considered highly desirable
  • Confident and able to work on own initiative
