LEGAL COUNSEL Our client is seeking to recruit a Lawyer who is qualified from Malta (ideally with a second degree). Candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years post qualified experience, acquired either in private practice or in a financial institution Requirements: The successful candidate will be involved in advising across the board on a range of issues mainly on commercial but also on corporate issues liaising where appropriate, with external lawyers both in Malta and in other jurisdictions. Confident and pro-active, the candidate must be able to gain credibility quickly across the business and be able to add value, taking responsibility when required as well as being an effective communicator with flexible approach. Relationships with internal clients are key. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, this role would suit an individual who is keen to step up to the challenge of a fast growing, dynamic environment.
