The Marketing Manager manages and coordinates the firms marketing operations including the daily marketing activities. The Marketing manager plays a key role in communicating the organisations message. The role includes: · Managing the company’s main brands. · Preparing the annual marketing plan and detailed budgets. · Assisting with the creation of campaigns at design stage and working with external agencies to finalise campaigns. · Executing marketing campaigns to perfection · Reviewing and proofing all content being sent externally on a daily basis. · Creating and coordinating regular Press Releases. · Creating and distributing marketing material as required. · Coordinating and maintaining communication with existing customers. · Planning and project managing events and seminars · Providing an annual marketing report to the board including measuring success of campaigns. · Maintaining relationships with the media. · Taking own initiatives and responsibility The successful candidate should: · Have a strong willingness to outperform and to reach new heights. · Be open-minded, pro-active and creative. · Have previous experience in a similar marketing role. · Have a degree or similar certification in Marketing · Have good copywriting skills and experience in reviewing corporate material. · Knowledge of online marketing is essential. · Be well versed in English, knowledge of the Maltese or Italian language will be considered an asset. · Be well organised and focused on achieving planned goals. · Be a team player and be able to implement strategy according to company goals. · Be able to multitask efficiently whilst keeping focus on short term goals. · Have a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate well with other internal teams. · Candidate should be able to take on increasing responsibility and manage a team. · Basic knowledge of InDesign would be considered an asset. · Knowledge of Financial Services considered an asset. · Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or similar considered an asset. · Strong and confident communicator. |
