Job Details:
This is a leading social entertainment company that operates some of the fastest growing, niche communities on the web. They are currently active in more than 30 countries and growing! As a consequence they are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Media Buyer and Controller with a proven track record. Based in Malta, the Media Buyers primary role is to take their online media buying to the next level, as well as continue their expansion of media buying to new territories internationally.
Responsibilities:

Manage development of Creatives (work with Designer and Translators)

Locate, initiate contract & negotiate offers with potential publishers for CPC and CPM

Negotiate & launch campaigns with publishers
-
Work with Developers on integrating tracking through our offer it tracking tool
-
Monitor, control and optimize ongoing campaigns with a focus on CPA & ROI
-
Reporting of campaigns weekly & monthly to management group
-
Other relevant tasks connected to the above
Requirements:

Experience in media buying thru bidding networks (like Sitescout, Appnexus, JuicyAds, Trafficjunkie, etc.)

High energetic self starter and able to manage their time efficiently

Minimum 5 years experience within online media buying for e-commerce

Talent and skills in generating positive ROI (CPA optimization)

Proactive, sees a problem = conducts actions to fix (able to implement coordinate, and manage the development of marketing creatives and concepts)

Able to implement and follow-through with their innovative ideas and set them into action in a sales environment

Comfortable in a highly result oriented and fast-paced environment

Deep knowledge and experience of KPI's and e-commerce stats (like impressions, freq.cap, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion rates, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple process/tasks in a parallel and prioritize according to business value

International media buying experience highly preferable
