Our client, a well established e-payments company in Italy which is moving its operations to Malta, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator/Fraud Analyst.
 
Responsibilities:
  • You will be working on his/her own until January approximately; the CEO and other staff from Italy will come every month for around 1 week.
  • Verify completeness and correctness of application packages for merchants
  • Liaise with sales people/brokers/resellers to follow up on incomplete application packages
  • Liaise with local authorities and providers if necessary
  • Liaise with acquirers/processors to prepare and then submit packages and follow up to ensure documentation is complete and ready to go to contract.
  • General Office Duties
  • General Correspondence with agents, brokers, resellers      
  • General filing (utility bills, local suppliers, invoices from local consultants)
  • Liaise with accountant and local consultants to deliver invoices and other documents
  • At the moment, the company is scattered amongst different ‘work at home’ environments in different countries, you will assist in transitioning to a more centralized organization.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position within the industry or e-commerce companies
  • Understanding of IT
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Experience as a PA/Office administrator in order to help setting up the office in Malta
  • Experience in Fraud Analysis would be an extremely good asset
  • Looking for flexible individuals, this is a startup company and would need to work extra hours at the beginning, more interested in attitude than experience
  • English mandatory, speaking Spanish would be an asset
  • Availability to start in October
  • Able to work individually as well as within a team
