Job Details:
PHP DEVELOPER Responsibilities: · Working in a high tech environment, developing cutting edge software and streaming solutions · Taking business level needs and converting into code and testing plans · Hands on PHP/Linux development throughout full product lifecycle · Development following object oriented paradigms You must be able to demonstrate the following: · Knowledge of UML and OOp · PHP 5 · JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX · XML, XSL, XSLT, · HTML, CSS We would also find the following skills and experience extremely beneficial: · PEAR · Full LAMP stack · Symfony or Zend Framework · Drupal or Joomla CMS · Flash Media Server/Wowza · Video streaming and encoding · Digital media environment You will be self motivated and task driven with a keen eye for detail and an inbuilt sense of quality control. Excellent communication skills are essential along with being able to give and receive instruction clearly and quickly.
