Job Details:
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the Production Technician plays a key role within the Production Department, with the responsibility for ensuring the operational efficiency of the production facility. Main Responsibilities include: · Perform routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance on production equipment. · Planning and organizing work to mitigate time of interventions, whilst ensuring the maximum benefit of work in respect of yields and efficiency. · Maintaining the equipment in excellent working conditions in order to limit the downtime as per established company’s service level standards. · Ensure that quality, efficiency, production targets and up time are accomplished cost-effectively and in a safe manner. Requirements: The successful candidate should be a qualified technician ideally holding licenses A & B, with previous experience within a manufacturing environment. S/he must be capable of working diligently and with minimum supervision; possess the ability to troubleshoot and be highly motivated.
