Our client is looking to strengthen our team of Project Managers responsible for owning the planning and execution of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects both locally and overseas.  The Project Manager will be required to establish and maintain strong working relationship with business stakeholders, manage internal teams of consultants, developers and/or engineers on allocated projects as well as work alongside our Account Managers and the sales team.  You will be required to manage projects throughout the project management cycle, provide the necessary project management deliverables such as project documentation using the required methods and tools and be accountable for the successful delivery of the project.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Lead project hand-over process from sales to Project Management Office
  • In collaboration with Sales, the Customer and Operations, define the project Terms of Reference addressing project scope, goals and deliverables that support customer business  goals 
  • Communicate project expectations and reports on progress
  • Proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, devises contingency  plans and solve project issues
  • Manage project closure activities and analyse project profitability, revenue, bill rates and  utilisation.
  • Manage customer expectations during project execution
Key skills/experience required:
Proven ERP Project Implementation experience across the whole project lifecycle with a track record of successful implementations is highly desirable for this role.  A good understanding of application software (Financials and Enterprise Asset Management) and server infrastructure technologies will be considered as a strong advantage. A qualification/certification in Project Management or equivalent is highly desirable for this post. 
Persons in this position would be required to travel overseas on business to countries including North Africa and Europe.
